Hi, I'm Ericka

I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming and my Master’s degree from Adams State University, and I have been working in the mental health field for several years. I’ve lived and worked in Utah for the past six years and value creating a grounded, welcoming space where people feel safe to show up as they are.

Attending therapy is a brave step, and I’m glad you’re here, working toward bettering your mental health. Therapy requires insight into yourself and the courage to ask for help and learn something new — and insight and courage are exactly what you need to get the most out of the process. I want every client I work with to feel embraced with empathy so they can feel empowered.

To maintain my own mental health, I enjoy riding my motorcycle, playing board games with my family, and adding to my collection of rocks and crystals.

I believe that every person carries the wisdom, strength, and capacity they need to heal. Life’s pain and trauma can cover or fragment that inner wholeness, but it never disappears. Therapy is one way to return to who you really are and be the person you want to be.

  • Teenagers and adults

  • Thoughtful, perfectionistic, high-achieving people who feel stuck, burnt out, or self-critical

  • People who feel unfulfilled or disconnected and are searching for meaning, purpose, or a deeper sense of self

  • Clients who struggle to feel close to others, trust relationships, or experience emotional safety

  • Those drawn to parts-based and depth-oriented therapy
